Rod Hoffman is a sought after lecturer and seminar speaker in the areas of Small Business, Hospitality and Tourism as well as Real Estate Investment.

Rod has been a lecturer for the University of New England in Small Business Management, a lecturer for the prestigious Blue Mountains Hotel School in Accounting and Finance for the Hospitality Industry and a lecturer and seminar speaker for the Real Estate Institute of NSW and Tasmania in Accounting, Finance and Property Investment.

Rod holds a Bachelor of Business and is a member of Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia, the National Institute of Accountants, the National Tax and Accountants Association and is a registered tax agent.

This background gives Rod the ability to specialise in small business, as well as the hospitality and tourism sectors and the property market through his work with the Real Estate Institutes both in NSW and Tasmania.

Rod has spent the last 10 years in public practice dealing with all types of clients from small businesses to large clubs and self managed super funds.

Lisa Parsons

Lisa has worked in the Financial Services industry since 1995.Lisa holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is a member of several industry associations.

Lisa specialises in Risk Insurance for small and medium businesses as well as individuals in areas such as Risk Management, Estate and Succession Planning.

Lisa resides in the Blue Mountains with her family and is a very keen sportsperson.

Susan Holz
Accountant

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Accounting. Susan specialises in dealing with individual and small business clients.

Sadhana Duncan
Accountant

Sadhana is a qualified Accountant and CPA. Sadhana has great experience with small and medium business accounting. In particular Sadhana specialises in Self Managed Superannuation Funds.

Gary Harper
Accountant

Gary joins Keystone with great experience and knowledge in the accounting industry.

Gary is a diploma qualified Accountant and former Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
 
Gary specialises in preparation of Business Activity Statements and has previously spent 15 years in Club Management.

Cedric Moses

Cedric has been an accountant and registered tax agent for more than 30yrs. 20 of those years in public practice. Cedric has a wealth of experience in taxation for small business and in the audit area for various businesses and non-profit organizations.

Cedric spent the last 5 years working for a large Chartered Accounting firm in the city before moving to the mountains. Cedric is a member of the National Tax and Accountants Association and a Fellow of the Australian Taxation and Management Accountants
